I made a pain cream! Here is the recipe...
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
10 drops Pan Away
10 drops Peppermint
10 drops Valor
Whip the coconut oil in glass bowl until smooth. Then mix in 10 drops of each oil. Stir until combined. Store in glass jar.
To use, place small amount in palm of hand and rub together until oil melts. Rub on area giving you pain.
I used this mixture twice a day and did my exercises and the pain was completely gone after two days of treatment with NO pain meds. You could apply cream more often if needed but twice a day seemed to be enough for me. From now on when I feel the pain coming on I am going to start using the cream immediately. Hopefully that will keep the pain from getting so bad.
